How to Shop Camera Stores: An Inside Perspective

I spent about 8 months of last year selling still and video cameras in a retail environment. As a professional photographer and someone who has spent many years as an outside sales representative in the imaging industry, this was an eye-opening experience on many levels. I’d like to share some of what I learned with you.
Let’s start with the most commonly asked questions posed by retail customers:
